the other day we had a PK class with a rep from Color Science make-up, and she showed us this test to check the quality of mineral make up. get a small cup of water, pour some powdered foundation into it, and if its good quality mineral make-up, it wont mix with the water, and itll stay a dry powder. this was my jane iredale make-up, good quality!
